Mozart’s owner was the victim of a different kind of domestic violence. As the live-in caregiver for an invalid man, she was verbally abused and constantly threatened. She fled to the safety of Shade Tree, unaware that Mozart – her beloved Great Dane – could escape, too. With the support of Noah’s Animal House, and a creative Facebook campaign, enough money was raised to reunite Mozart with his mom, and return him to his rightful home.
