Dora has been a guest of Noah’s several times over the years. She came into the shelter with her mom due to economic reasons. Each return was harder on everyone. Dora has been living with a foster parent for several months and has fallen head over heels in love with Maestro – who just happens to be quite the Casanova. If there was ever a Little Orphan Annie version for dogs…Dora would be the star. Her foster mom owns Pound Hound treats…so she has assumed the duties of Treat Tester. Dora loves her job.
